Please note flight timings and conditions.

All Safari routes require a min 2pax per airstrip and 4pax per service to operate.

ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Baggage Allowance:

• FREE Baggage allowance is strictly limited to 15kgs per person‚ inclusive of hand baggage (ONLY SOFT BAGS ARE RECOMMENDED). The Exception in Diani (Ukunda) where the allowance is 20kgs. Infants who are not paying for a seat do not qualify for a baggage allowance. Excess baggage will be charged at prevailing rate of $3 per kilo and only carried subject to space availability. The maximum dimensions for any type of bag must not exceed 45 cm (L) x 30 cm (W) x 60 cm (H). 
• All firearms and/or ammunition must be declared at Check-in or to the pilot when boarding at bush airstrips

Amendments & Name change:

• Changes made after ticket issuance up to 24hours to flight departure time will incur a $30 fee per person‚ plus fare difference if the initial class is unavailable.
• Changes made within 24 hours and 6 hours prior to departure will incur a penalty of 50% of the ticket fare plus any fare difference if the initial fare class is unavailable.
• Changes must be made at least 6 hours before departure‚ otherwise the ticket will be marked as No-Show. No-shows are non-refundable and non-amendable.
• Name changes and re-routing (on fully un-utilized tickets) are allowed at a fee of $30 per person.

• Cancellations made upto 72hrs before the travel date will incur a $30 fee per person‚ while Cancellations within 72 and 24hrs will be charged 50% of the ticket. Any remaining balance will be held as credit for future bookings (Refunds are not permitted). 
• Cancellations within 24hrs will be treated as NO-SHOW and the full ticket amount forfeited. 
• Travel dates between 20th Dec - 10th Jan are subject to stricter cancellation terms.
• Please note that group ticket policies differ from individual ticket policies.

Expectant Mothers:

• Expectant mothers from 28weeks onwards must provide a medical certificate or letter from attendant gynaecologist clearing her fof tracel‚ and will be required to sign an indemnity form.

Check-in-time is 60 minutes before flight time in Nairobi‚ FLYALS reserves the right to reallocate seats or depart up to 20 minutes ahead of scheduled time if passengers have not arrived at the point of departure by that time.

Check-in counters will CLOSE 30 minutes prior to departure time on other services‚ after which passengers will not be allowed to check-in.

The liability of FlyALS in respect of carriage of passengers is subject to the rules and limitations relating to liability established by the Warsaw Convention as applied in Kenya and by the complete Terms and Conditions listed on the FLYALS website.

FLYALS reserves the right to change departure times or carrier when so required for operational‚ weather or safety reasons.

FLYALS is not responsible for any direct or consequential costs resulting from any delays to its services and particularly if a delay results in missing a connection to another carrier - domestic or international. FLYALS only guarantees a connection to another flight operated by FLYALS.

At check-in‚ all passengers will be required to show their passport‚ or national ID with a photograph‚ for identification purposes. For children & infants a copy of either their birth certificate or passport will be required.

Passengers paying by credit card will be required to show the credit card and authenticate their signatures. If the Card Holder is not the traveler the passenger needs to request permission.
